SECTION 2: Assessment Services

1. Achievement Testing and Learning Style Assessment
This package helps Employers learn specific things about your new hire or existing employee(s), that can make the training or transition period a smooth one. Knowing in advance an individual's learning styles and achievement levels can help you and your employees succeed through the efforts of a win-win situation.

TABE Survey Form/Achievement Test - Test of Adult Basic Education
This battery is designed to measure achievement grade levels in reading, mathematics, and language. The TABE enables you to identify basic skill levels. The TABE Survey Report includes: scaled score, grade level, and a GED battery predictor score (should the individual need to obtain GED certification).

CITE Learning Styles Inventory
The Learning Styles Inventory is a tool which evaluates the individual's preferred method of learning. The Learning Styles Inventory is divided into three main areas:
  • information gathering/receiving
  • social work conditions
  • expressiveness preference
This assessment is ideal for determining what type of training will best suit your employees.

These two activities provide an assessment of the individual's current achievement levels and optimal learning environment. They also provide possible identification of remedial plan needs and techniques for increasing the individual's ability to learn new tasks in the proposed training setting. Includes a profile report...
